Processing of Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe

As for hot rolled seamless stainless steel pipe, its length is ranging from 1.5meter to 10meter. The outside diameter of hot rolled pipe is from 54mm to 480mm, wall thickness fro 4.5mm to 45mm. The cold drawn pipe diameter is ranging from 60mm to 200mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 21mm. 

The surface of seamless stainless steel pipe should not have crack, folding, crackle and separation. All the defects should be eliminated except the mechanical tube.
