Corten A weather resistant steel consists of alloying copper, chromium and nickel. Moreover, Corten A has added phosphorous which makes the material suited for gas flue applications and aesthetic facias The material is not recommended in heavy load bearing applications, otherwise, we recommend Corten B and S355J2W steel.
