LR Grade B Steel Plate for shipbuilding

LR Grade B shipbuilding steel plate is common strength shipbuilding plate which is mainly used for built hull of vessels, ship body construction. Normally when rolling, Air rolled and Control Rolled is ok for ship plate LR Grade B with the thickness equal and below 40 Millimeters, and for thickness above 40mm,the heat treatment shall be Normalized or TMCP, these two technical treatment would improve steel strength in yield and tensile points. Low temperature impacting test for LR Grade B shall be done under zero centigrade when rolling.
